Em Tops Hit List While Ex-Wife Gets Locked Up Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Mathers, has just been sentenced to at least 4 months in jail for leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program. According to reports, Judge Edward Servitto sentenced Mathers to a year in jail for skipping the program without permission.
