The 2004 Shady National Convention featuring a live performance from Eminem has officially been confirmed.
The event will take place on Oct. 28 at New York's Roseland Ballroom. Special guests and a possible television broadcast will be announced in the next few days. 70 radio stations across the country have begun contests to help the convention choose delegates. The winners will win a trip to New York to attend the convention and will represent their home state as delegates during the convention.
"This is a banner day for us all at the SNC. Eminem performing a live set at Roseland Ballroom is a super-sized, once in a lifetime event," Paul Rosenberg said in a statement. "We can expect his performance platform to be a combination of both his core value messages from the past and some new issues that will be of key importance to conventioneers come Nov. 16th."
