Dont mess with Shady:
While superstar Eminem has been keeping a low profile as of late, his attorneys have been busy.

The singer and actor has made clear to his legal eagles that he was finished being a nice guy and wanted to start kicking butt – Em was, in his own words, "tired of getting ripped off."

After stopping a number of European companies from "sloppy bookkeeping" when it comes to paying royalties due him via CD sales, the rapper now has Apple Computers in his crosshairs for using snippets of his hit from the film `8 Mile,' "Lose Yourself."

A Michigan Federal Court just gave the green light for Em's lawyers to pursue Apple.

Eminem seems to be sending a message: Mess with me, and there will be consequences.

I'm an Eminem fan now, since my dad's friend bought me the CD. But since I was in the dark for so long, I've missed a ton of news. He had something against D12, right? Have they joined up? Some people gossip they have, others gossip they haven't and their recent song was just one gig. Either way, I'm interested in seeing where Eminem's career will go.
