New York, May 21 (ANI):
IT giant Apple will soon be smitten by a legal virus set on by Eminem.
The rapper has decided to sue the computer giant Apple for using his song in their TV commercial without his permission,after getting a judge's consent to do so.
The singer's hit 'Lose Yourself' was used to promote Apple's iTunes music downloading software.
"We were pleased the judge recognized that the use of the song in the commercials could be a false endorsement, as we believe it was," Eminem's lawyer was quoted by Teen Hollywood as saying.
