D12 At The Carling Sheperds Bush Empire

THIS was one of the most eagerly- awaited gigs of the year, you
practically had to sell your granny to get a ticket. And all because
of a certain Mr MARSHALL MATHERS.

Most bands would be booed off stage if they left their audience
waiting for 90 minutes but when EMINEM's on the bill the fans are a
bit more patient.

At 10:20pm the hip-hop collective finally took to the stage and,
Midway through their opening number, Pistol Pistol, Slim Shady
appeared on stage like the Messiah.

D12 had the whole of the Empire bouncing to tracks including When The
Music Stops, Under The Influence, Purple Pills and new single My
Band.

But the biggest cheers were reserved for Eminem. You couldn't help
but feel this would have been a pretty average gig without him.

D12 are a talented bunch of rappers but it's blatantly obvious they
need Em out front.

And if he ever decides to leave them, they won't be able to keep fans
waiting around for so long.
